To create and deliver value proposition to CIB customers through developing and maintaining relationship with existing tie-ups to ensure that they meet the expected outcome to better serve customer and increase CIB market share. In addition to support the implementation of the set acquisition strategy through effective coordination between respective stakeholders to utilize target market expansion opportunities, optimize cost per acquisition, improve sales productivity & quality and achieve the set targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree of commerce, Business Administration or its equivalent

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge and up to date awareness of the industry and market environment across the region

  • Knowledge of campaign management and marketing practices

  • Excellent knowledge of risk management principles

Responsibilities
  • Increase acquisitions through the delivery of key strategic tie-ups with large corporations to bring value and provide unique attractive proposition to CIB customers
  • Manage end-to-end the relationship with key tie-ups to leverage significant financial value for the of Insurance Business
  • Work collaboratively with Product Manager to position CIB of Insurance Business and convey key messages to target customers in order to attract alliances and capture bigger market share
  • Gather and analyze product feedback from distribution channels to recommend changes that align with the overall product strategy and market
  • Develop and maintain an on-going market forecast through comparing business models with existing tie-ups to ensure the achievement of set KPIs
  • Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the of Liabilities & Insurance Business Department to ensure continuity of work
  • Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
